UK Sewing Services are trade suppliers, as such all transaction with us are trade, or B2B transactions.

We can only accept goods for return if they are determined to be faulty, sub-standard or not as described in our general product description.

Many of the items offered on this site are stocked in bulk format and your sample order may be cut or removed from a bulk item. As such we are not in a position to accept items deemed to be solely unwanted for whatever reason.
