We do remind you that we are trade wholesale suppliers, NOT retailers and as such you should ensure you are familiar with our trading terms.
Handling & delivery
Quoted delivery dates are given in good faith. Due to the complexity of our supply chain they cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery on smaller, non-stock items: For some non-stock items you must allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled within 28 days from order date or they may be subject to a cancellation/processing charge which could exceed the value of the originalorder. Please see the governing terms and conditions of sale. Items are sent using the most economical way. Small and medium sized packets are normally sent Royal mail signed for / recorded service. UK delivey is normally within 3 working days. International delivery will vary form country to country but is usually with 10 working days. Claims for non-delivery can only be entertained after a minimum of 15 working days have passed since the dispatch day.
If an item is returned to us after a genuine attempt has been made to deliver it or if the address as advised to us is incorrect or incomplete then we are under no obligation to re-dispatch at our cost. We offer a re-dispatch option at a cost relevent to the original packet/consignment size from HERE. Please ensure you select the correct charging band for redelivery or your order may not be re-dispatched. Check your original order confirmation for which band originally applied to the order.
If an order is returned to us by the postal/courier service because they were unable to deliver for any reason outside our control we will email the email address as advised to us on the original order and advise you of your options. If the order/items are not claimed after 10 working days from our email advice then it will be disposed of at our discretion and we shall have no obligation to you whatsoever after that time.
